Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Field-based role; willingness to train and travel within 20 miles.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Physical Therapist will be responsible of direct patient care to patients through out the community in their homes or place of work with the goal in mind to get them back to their normal lives.

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions & develop treatment plans to improve motion and mobility.
• Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Motivate and promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
• Successful completion of a physical therapy program from an accredited university
• Working experience is a plus but not required, willing to train
• This is a field based role, reliable transportation is required
