A community based physical therapy company located in Thurston County, WA is currently seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join their team full-time. Check out the details below.

Title: Physical Therapist

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Field - Home Health – Physical Therapy

Location: Olympia, WA. Will travel within Thurston County community to homes and places of work with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.

Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, no on call.

Pay: $50-60/hr plus mileage reimbursement and full benefits package (PTO, 401(k), life insurance, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance).

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for direct patient care to patients throughout the community in their homes or places of work with the goal to get them back to their normal lives. Duties include:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions & develop treatment plans to improve motion and mobility.
• Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery.
• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs.
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Motivate and promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
• Successful completion of a physical therapy program from an accredited university.
• Working experience is a plus but not required; willing to train.
• This is a field based role; reliable transportation is required.
