Job summary

The Springs of Batesville is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Batesville, AR. We offer PRN or full-time opportunities, welcoming new graduates to apply and grow in a supportive, collaborative environment.

As a PT, you will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, supervise assistants, document care, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to improve mobility, function, and quality of life in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas PT license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Net Health documentation system a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and pain management.
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercise programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in care plan meetings and team conferences.

Position Summary
