Job summary

Prava-Therapy is a VC-backed growth platform enabling therapists to launch, run, and scale independent practices with admin support. We handle credentialing, billing, and back-office tasks so you can focus on patient care under your own brand in and around the Austin area.

We offer hybrid, remote/telehealth, on-site, in-home concierge, and Home Health options. Licensed PTs in Texas with 2+ years' experience and an entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with TX license.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred.
• Interested in launching and growing a private practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Collaborate on business development and marketing.
• Manage scheduling and telehealth sessions.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with OR without a practice in Texas

• Passionate about one-on-one, patient-centered care

• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in starting and growing their own practice, no matter what that looks like

• Excited by autonomy, flexibility, and engaging the business side of therapy

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
