Job summary

Prava-Therapy partners with licensed Physical Therapists to launch or grow their own independent practices around Houston, TX. The platform handles credentialing, billing, marketing, and back-office tasks so you can focus on patient care and clinical autonomy.

Clinicians can choose from hybrid, remote/telehealth, on-site, in-home, or home-health options, with flexible scheduling and ownership of their practice under their own brand.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Texas, with current credentials.
• Interest in starting or growing a private practice with support.
• Ability to deliver one-on-one patient care and develop care plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians to launch or grow independent practices.
• Manage operational aspects and focus on delivering patient care.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with OR without a practice in Texas
• Passionate about one-on-one, patient-centered care
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in starting and growing their own practice, no matter what that looks like
• Excited by autonomy, flexibility, and engaging the business side of therapy
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
