Job summary

Prava-Therapy invites Licensed Physical Therapists to join a platform designed to launch and scale their own independent practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You focus on high-quality patient care while Prava handles credentialing, EHR integration, client referrals, billing, and AI-assisted support to grow your caseload.

We seek clinicians with an entrepreneurial mindset who want flexibility, autonomy, and a path to building a practice under their own brand.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (TX) with active license.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in launching/growing a private practice.
• Passion for one-on-one, patient-centered care.
• Ability to manage autonomy and business aspects of a practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in launching and growing independent practices around Dallas‑Fort Worth.
• Focus on delivering patient care while Prava handles operations like credentialing, billing and admin.
• Collaborate with Prava to expand clinician-owned practices under own brand.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with OR without a practice in Texas

• Passionate about one-on-one, patient-centered care

• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in starting and growing their own practice, no matter what that looks like

• Excited by autonomy, flexibility, and engaging the business side of therapy

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
