Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Aubrey, TX is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient team. The role focuses on an orthopedic caseload including post-op, sports, spine, and debility/balance, with 10-12 patients daily and TherapEBridge documentation.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility.
• BLS certification completed or obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day.
• Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed.

Responsibilities

BSW Rehab in Aubrey is growing! We are seeking a Full time Physical therapist to join the team of 1 PT and 1 PSS (and eventually a 3rd PT). Candidate would be treating a primarily orthopedic caseload with diagnoses that include post-op care, conservative care, sports, spine, and debility/balance. Candidate should be driven to improve skills and provide excellent care while remaining committed to building/maintaining relationships with patients and referral sources.
