Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Arlington, TX is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Rehabilitation team. The role offers a sign-on bonus and a full-time schedule with variable hours across Monday to Friday.

You will apply manual therapy, treat general orthopedics, vestibular and worker's compensation cases, and may rotate to nearby clinics as needed. Ideal candidates have solid licensure, strong documentation via TherapEBridge, and a focus on patient

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state or eligible.
• Solid manual therapy skills with orthopedics, vestibular and workers' compensation experience.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day.
• Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.

Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80

Compensation Depends Upon Candidate's Years Of Experience

BSW Arlington Parks is currently seeking a flexible, motivated, and hard-working Physical Therapist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have solid manual therapy skills and experience with general orthopedics, vestibular, and worker's compensation clients. Flexibility will be required as coverage may be required at a nearby clinic. Hours are variable Monday-Friday, with early and late shifts required.

As a Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
