The role includes systematic patient assessments, ~10–12 patients per day, accurate TherapEBridge documentation, and maintaining licensure. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Orthopedic caseload experience preferred.
• Excellent patient interaction and care.
• Strong documentation skills using TherapEBridge.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day.
• Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge.
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.

BSW Rehab in Aubrey is growing! We are seeking a Full time Physical therapist to join the team of 1 PT and 1 PSS (and eventually a 3rd PT). Candidate would be treating a primarily orthopedic caseload with diagnoses that include post-op care, conservative care, sports, spine, and debility/balance. Candidate should be driven to improve skills and provide excellent care while remaining committed to building/maintaining relationships with patients and referral sources.
