Luna Physical Therapy seeks licensed physical therapists to deliver in-home care across Colorado. You’ll treat patients in their homes, manage your own schedule, and document care quickly with the Luna app.

With per-visit pay and opportunities to grow earnings by adding visits, Luna provides a safety shield and exercise platform to support integrated care. You’ll work on a flexible schedule with travel within a typical 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific Physical Therapist license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Liability insurance and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes.
• Set your own availability and be matched with nearby patients.
• Complete documentation efficiently using the Luna app.
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients’ homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
