Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Arlington, MA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands‑on therapy for a wide range of orthopedic, sports‑related, and functional conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting initial and follow‑up assessments, implementing evidence‑based therapeutic exercises and manual techniques, and monitoring progress toward functional goals. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and safe return to sport or daily activities. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with other clinicians, document care in a timely and accurate manner, and contribute to a positive, patient‑centered clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Demonstrated experience in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education and development of effective home exercise programs.
• Working knowledge of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports‑related conditions.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program; current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a commitment to respectful, inclusive, and collaborative care.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload ranging from high‑level athletes to older adults, including those with complex conditions.
• Prior outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, OCS, SCS) are a plus.
