  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team‑based environment.
  • Experience or interest in orthopedics, sports performance, or outpatient physical therapy settings is highly beneficial.
