Job summary

Role Description

The Physical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bethesda, MD. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance function. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with physicians and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Daily responsibilities include documenting patient progress, educating patients and families on home exercise programs, and adjusting treatments based on clinical response. The role also includes participation in team meetings, contribution to quality improvement initiatives, and adherence to regulatory and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
