Mountain Park Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Phoenix, AZ, with clinics in Tempe or Maryvale. The role offers full-time or part-time options, in-person care, and opportunities to mentor and grow within a nonprofit health center focused on community wellness.

You will evaluate and treat diverse orthopedic cases, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while staying current with evolving PT practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.

Mountain Park Physical Therapy department is a fast-growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Phoenix, AZ based at our Tempe or Maryvale clinics. We treat a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses for patients of all ages. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic physical therapist to join our health care team.
