Job summary

Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Phoenix. The role focuses on applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction, and collaboratively crafting evidence-based plans of care tailored to each patient’s goals and daily life.

You will deliver interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education to improve function and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting patient goals and lifestyle.

• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

About

Compensation: $86,000-$105,000, Up to $10,000 in Sign on Bonus, and Weekly Bonus based on Patient Volume. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, lucrative employee referral program, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.

THE HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE EARLY MORNING-MWF AND TUESDAY & THURSDAY-FLEX SCHEDULE.
