Job summary

MSH in Phoenix seeks full-time outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapists to join clinics across the West and East Valley. You will see about 12–14 patients daily on 30-minute slots, evaluate patients, and develop plans of care with referring physicians.

You’ll supervise a PTA in a 1:1 PT-to-PTA model and work with a clinic tech and front desk. New grads are welcome; DPT preferred and AZ license active.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona PT license or new grad on track for licensure.
• DPT preferred.
• New grads welcome; for 3+ years in practice, outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• See about 12–14 patients a day on 30-minute scheduling.
• Evaluate patients and build plans of care with referring orthopedic physicians.
• Treat a varied outpatient ortho caseload and document in the EMR.
• Supervise and mentor a PTA (1:1 PT-to-PTA model) and PT technicians.
• Rely on a tech and a front desk in every clinic: no scheduling, phones or room turnover.

Job description

Our client is a Phoenix-based orthopedic and musculoskeletal care organization with outpatient physical therapy clinics across the Valley. Their therapists work alongside an affiliated orthopedic physician network, so referrals are steady and no one has to build a caseload.

The clinic model was designed by therapists for therapists. The goal is enough volume to reward productivity, with enough support that the work is sustainable. They're growing and adding PTs at multiple clinics.

About the Role

The openings are full-time outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist roles at clinics in the West Valley and East Valley.

• See about 12–14 patients a day on 30-minute scheduling
• Evaluate patients and build plans of care with referring orthopedic physicians
