Job summary

Elite Physical Therapy in Alexandria, LA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality 1:1 care, assess movement, and develop personalized treatment plans that improve mobility and reduce pain. You will conduct thorough evaluations and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

We offer an $80,000 base salary, signing bonus up to $10,500, and up to $25,000 in student loan repayment, plus paid CEUs and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Louisiana Physical Therapist licensure in good standing.
• CPR and first aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history.
• Provide 1:1 care for patients with an average of 40 minutes per session.
• Diagnosing patients by observing movement and listening to concerns.
• Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and outcomes.
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Recording patient progress and adjusting plans as needed.

About

Compensation: $80,000 + commesurate with experience + productivity incentives, up to a $10,500 sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
