Elite Physical Therapy in Alexandria, LA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy clinical setting.

Compensation starts at $80,000+ depending on experience, with productivity incentives and up to a $10,500 signing bonus. The clinic offers mentorship, CEU support, and opportunities for professional growth within the Confluent Health family.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Louisiana state
• CPR and first aid certification required

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
