Job summary

Confluent Health LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a location in Bossier City, LA. New grads and experienced PTs are welcome, with a signing bonus up to $10,500 and productivity incentives.

You will deliver 1:1 care, assess patients, and develop personalized treatment plans while leveraging the company’s mentorship and education programs.

Qualifications

• Louisiana licensure in good standing is required.
• CPR and first aid certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with a focus on quality and outcomes.
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize exercises, manual therapy and equipment to reduce pain and increase mobility.
• Record progress and adjust plans as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person (optional – only use if your brand emphasizes time spent with patients)
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patientswith clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Louisiana state
• CPR and first aid certification required

Compensation: $80,000 + BOE + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $10,500 sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
