The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Physical Testing Quality Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Conducting physical testing including destructive and non-destructive testing using written procedures on product and packaging within the context of but not limited to stability studies, complaints, and investigations.
  • Recording data in Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN), reporting results in stability LIMs system, and archiving raw data on secure servers.
  • Participating in test standard validations/crossovers and collecting statistical data as requested.
  • Maintaining laboratory and test equipment in safe, clean, and calibrated condition.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Associate or higher AND a minimum of six (6) months of experience in regulated quality or laboratory work within a medical setting—such as private, public, government, or military environments

OR

  • High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of three (3) years of experience in regulated quality or laboratory work within a medical setting—such as private, public, government, or military environments

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Skills include experience with electronic data recording and LIMs systems, and a background in a Regulated industry for medical devices or pharmaceutical products.

Work location:

  • Onsite Maplewood, Minnesota.

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $66,793 - $81,636, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
