Position Overview:

As an Associate Catalog Quality Manager within our Retail Operations & Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of product listings and catalog data across various platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon Seller and Vendor platforms. You will oversee the new item lifecycle, implement promotions, and optimize content to enhance customer experience and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new items, from ASIN creation to launch, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Create, audit, and maintain product variations to meet evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Conduct regular audits of search, detail page views, and catalog data, and take proactive measures to align the customer experience with strategic objectives.
• Handle catalog management tasks, including product listings, case management, and promotion implementation and tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content and enhance product visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Google Drive, and Slack, with the ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and creativity to identify data anomalies and implement solutions to optimize outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate issues clearly and develop actionable strategies.
• Proven experience working collaboratively in a team to achieve shared goals.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex calculations and functions, for data analysis and interpretation.
