Job summary

Nebius is seeking a hands-on Physical Security Systems Technician to deploy, validate, and maintain CCTV and access control across European sites. The role emphasizes installation, configuration, testing, and documenting SAT results to ensure production-ready security infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on security systems experience, strong troubleshooting, and ability to work across multiple sites with minimal supervision. Travel within Europe is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience installing/configuring cameras and access control hardware.
• Experience with system testing/commissioning (SAT or similar).
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and reports.
• Basic networking knowledge and Linux basics.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (cameras, NVRs/DVRs, VMS).
• Support access control systems (badging, controllers, readers, permissions).
• Perform hardware replacements and troubleshoot system issues.
• Develop and run SAT procedures; validate performance and coverage.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and SAT reports.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and site rollouts; coordinate with vendors.
