University of Louisville is seeking a Physical Security Coordinator to lead its physical security technology platforms, provide technical and administrative support, and manage projects from design through implementation. You will work under the Physical Security Manager to ensure life safety systems, access control, and surveillance operate reliably across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus six years’ experience with technology pertaining to access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection and alarm systems.
• Experience with Lenel OnGuard and Salient CompleteView.
• Experience in maintenance/troubleshooting security systems and security projects.

Responsabilités

• Complete physical access requests for university personnel and others per procedures.
• Generate systems reports and perform regular inspections of life-safety tech.
• Maintain and troubleshoot security devices and software to ensure readiness.
• Provide user training and technical support for security platforms.
• Coordinate system outages and assist in managing officer-worn body cameras.
• Lead in development of capital-project security design plans and vendor oversight.
• Monitor budgets and assist in short- and long-term financial planning.
