Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with life safety technology systems, access control, and video management.
• Ability to provide training and technical support to end users and stakeholders.
• Experience with project management for security installations.
• Familiarity with CPTED principles and security assessments is a plus.

Mansioni

• Complete physical access requests for university faculty, staff, students, vendors and others per procedures.
• Generate systems reports as needed.
• Perform regular inspections and tests of life safety technology deployed in the field.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair security equipment and software to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate and communicate system outages to stakeholders.
• Assist in the administration of Officer Worn Body Cameras.
