IntelliPro Group is seeking a Project Manager - Physical Security for on-site, Nevada-based work. You will lead cross-functional teams on security capital projects across substation, generation, and office facilities, coordinating with vendors and contractors to deliver on time and on budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years PM experience, expertise in construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and familiarity with NERC CIP or similar frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience if no bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with construction methods, scheduling and budgeting.
• Familiarity with physical security or telecom systems in critical infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Leads development of physical security project plans including scope, cost estimates, schedule and approvals.
• Coordinates procurement, execution and administration of construction contracts.
• Manages resources, permits, safety, budget and quality to meet project objectives.
• Develops hardware/software proposals and coordinates security system provisioning with vendors and supply chain.
