Job summary

IntelliPro Group in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Project Manager - Physical Security on a contract from Nov 2026 to Nov 2027 to direct development and execution of physical security capital projects across substations, generation sites, and offices in Nevada.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and vendor contracts, ensuring designs meet company standards and regulatory requirements, while leading multi-discipline teams to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• If no degree, at least 4 years of project management experience.
• PM practices in construction, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience with physical security or telecom systems in the utility sector.
• Familiar with NERC CIP or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project plans, scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Coordinate procurement and contracts with vendors and installers.
• Manage resources, permits, safety, and quality to meet deadlines.
• Provide formal proposals and cost estimates; monitor project performance.
• Close out projects with final reporting and compliance documentation.
