Innova Solutions is seeking a Physical Security Project Manager for a 24‑month contract in Sacramento, CA. You will oversee projects spanning civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering, coordinating cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of PM experience in security or related technical environments, with hands-on CCure 9000 and ExacqVision experience. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

• Bachelor's degree required with 4-7 years of PM experience in security, infrastructure, facilities, or related technical environments.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while influencing stakeholders across functions.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and execution skills using project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for physical security, infrastructure, and technology initiatives.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deadlines, and coordinate resources for successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Compliance, Procurement, Security teams and vendors to align goals.
• Monitor project performance, track dependencies, manage risks, and provide status updates to leadership.
• Drive implementation through planning, deployment, testing, turnover, and closeout.
• Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards communicating progress and business impact.
