A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Physical Security Project Manager Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 24 months Location: Sacramento California As a Physical Security Project Manager, you will: In this role, you'll orchestrate projects from concept to completion, bringing together cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. You'll be responsible for turning strategic objectives into actionable plans, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and delivering results that strengthen enterprise security and operational resilience.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for physical security, infrastructure, and technology initiatives.
• Develop project plans, define milestones, establish deadlines, and coordinate resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, IT, Compliance, Procurement, Security teams, and external partners to align project goals and execution strategies.
• Monitor project performance, track dependencies, manage risks, and provide clear status updates to leadership.
• Drive project implementation through planning, deployment, testing, turnover, and final closeout.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress and business impact.
• Champion continuous improvement, leveraging creativity and sound judgment to solve complex challenges and optimize project delivery.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of project management experience in security, infrastructure, facilities, or related technical environments.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while influencing stakeholders across various business functions.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution using tools such as Microsoft Project or similar project management platforms.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise physical security technologies, including: CCure 9000 for access control administration, configuration, and operational support.
• ExacqVision or comparable video management systems.
• Experience partnering with third-party vendors and internal IT, Security, and Compliance teams to support system deployment, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range*: $55.00 - $59.44 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
