Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Physical Security Project Manager to lead security initiatives in Sacramento. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes risk management, schedule adherence, and executive reporting on security initiatives and business impact. A 4–7 year PM background in security or tech environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–7 years of PM experience in security, infrastructure, facilities, or related technical environments.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects while influencing stakeholders across functions.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and execution using project management tools like MS Project.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise physical security technologies and vendor collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for physical security, infrastructure, and technology initiatives.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deadlines, and coordinate resources.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Compliance, Procurement, Security and external partners.
• Monitor performance, track dependencies, manage risks, and provide status updates to leadership.
• Drive implementation through planning, deployment, testing, turnover, and closeout.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations on progress and impact.
• Champion continuous improvement to optimize project delivery.
