Job summary

Pivot Point Solutions seeks an experienced Physical Security Project Manager to lead planning and field execution of complex physical security and low‑voltage projects across California. You will oversee access control, CCTV, intrusion, perimeter protection, intercoms, and related infrastructure, coordinating teams in the field and office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing physical security or low‑voltage field construction projects.
• Direct experience with physical security systems and field installations.
• Proficiency with enterprise security platforms (AMAG, Software House, Genetec, Avigilon).
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and field resources.
• PMO‑structured governance and project documentation experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between CA project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and field execution of physical security projects from start to closeout.
• Coordinate access control, CCTV, intrusion, alarms, and perimeter systems installation.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and change control; ensure governance compliance.
• Lead security integrators, subcontractors, and field technicians across multiple sites.
• Maintain project documentation, risk logs, and progress reports for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Review drawings and specs; oversee testing, commissioning, and turnover of systems.
• Ensure safety adherence and coordinate with IT, facilities, and operations teams.
