Job summary

Crossfire Consulting Corporation is seeking a Physical Security Project Manager to oversee security projects across facilities. You will coordinate ops, IT, compliance, procurement and vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery from scoping through closeout.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, dependencies and status and supporting access control and video systems. Travel to job sites as needed while home-based work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing physical security projects end-to-end.
• CCure 9000 administration, configuration or support.
• Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Experience with video management platforms such as ExacqVision.
• Coordination with security, IT and compliance teams.

Job Title: Physical Security Project Manager
Contract Length: 2 Years
Location: Sacramento or San Francisco - Not required to go into office ( will work from home) but will be required to travel to jobsite.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Security Project Manager to provide project management and program support for physical security initiatives across power generation facilities and corporate locations. The Physical Security Project Manager will coordinate with operations, IT, compliance, procurement, vendors, and security teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Physical Security Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage physical security projects from scoping and planning through implementation, testing, turnover, and closeout.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and close projects.

• Support enterprise access control systems and video management platforms.

• Track project schedules, dependencies, milestones, and status reporting.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams on system implementation, maintenance, and issue resolution.

Physical Security Project Manager Qualifications

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing physical security, infrastructure, technology, or facilities-related projects from scoping and planning through implementation, testing, turnover, and closeout.

• Experience working with enterprise access control systems, including CCure 9000, for system administration, configuration, or operational support.

• Experience using Microsoft Project or similar project management tools for scheduling, dependency tracking, and status reporting.

• Experience supporting a video management system, including platforms such as ExacqVision.

• Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and internal security, IT, and compliance teams to support system implementation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
