Responsibilities

• Deliver workforce readiness curriculum to participants in classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning.
• Adapt approved lesson plans to meet diverse participant needs while maintaining fidelity.
• Support enrollment goals by coordinating participant screenings and interviews.
• Monitor progress toward workforce readiness benchmarks with notes, logs, and timesheets.
• Develop relationships with community partners and employers to support employment opportunities.

• Adapt pre-approved lesson plans and curriculum to meet the diverse needs of program participants while maintaining program fidelity.
• Support participant recruitment efforts to achieve enrollment goals by collaborating with team members to coordinate and facilitate participant screenings and interviews.
• Monitor participant progress toward workforce readiness benchmarks and outcomes by maintaining accurate and timely progress notes, daily logs, timesheets, individual planning activities, and other required documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, employers, and workforce development stakeholders to support program success and participant employment opportunities.
