Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in physical or electronic systems such as intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, and related IT systems.
• Experience in engineering/design of security systems for construction projects.
• Experience with contract documents: drawings, subcontracts, addenda, specifications, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Knowledge of producing precision technical plans, blueprints, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead security service projects from cradle to grave.
• Run day-to-day operations of a project.
• Identify and manage change orders; ensure effective resolution.
• Price, track and manage change orders.
• Plan and monitor cash flow against expenses.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Research and compile submittals; prepare estimates for partially designed projects by finishing the design.
