The ideal candidate holds an active security clearance and can liaise with technical staff and government stakeholders to translate mission needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Active security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or higher).
• 7+ years of technical experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, endpoint management, cybersecurity, software development, and systems integration.
• Experience supporting federal agencies (DoD, DHS, VA, or civilian).
• Familiarity with RMF, FedRAMP, DoD STIGs, NIST 800-53.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills translating mission needs to technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution across one or more federal programs.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to development, infrastructure, or cybersecurity teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal security standards (NIST, FISMA, agency policies).
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, program managers, and subcontractors to define scope.
• Oversee system architecture, integration, and modernization (cloud migration, DevSecOps).
• Support technical documentation, risk assessments, and engineering reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in secure development and systems engineering.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and contract deliverables.
