Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a physical dairy trading, brokerage or sales position.
• Thorough knowledge of dairy product classes (whey, powders, butter, cheese, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong integrity.

Responsibilities

• Build/port a profitable book of dairy brokerage business.
• Work with trading team on client development and expansion.
• Keep up with dairy industry analysis for profitable trading.
• Build sourcing and procurement partners in the dairy space.
• Attend industry events to build market knowledge.
