Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in the state of employment.
- Current Controlled Substance License.
- Current DEA License.
- ANCC or AANP certification.
- Interest in Physiatry/PM&R.
- Orthopedic experience is a plus.
- Skilled Nursing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other professionals to develop and implement rehabilitation plans.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and determine rehab goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to improve function.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and educational activities.
- Document initial evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in EMR.
- Educate patients and families about the rehabilitation process and post-discharge care.
