Venture Behavioral Health in Boulder, CO, is seeking a PHP Therapist to join our residential and outpatient program for young adults. In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy in our partial hospitalization program as part of a collaborative clinical team.

You will develop and update treatment plans, coordinate care with the medical team, maintain clinical documentation, assess risk, and respond to crises. A current clinical license is required.

Formación

• Active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Minimum experience working with young adults.
• Experience in a PHP or similar higher level of care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group therapy to young adults in the PHP.
• Develop and update treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the clinical and medical team on care and discharge planning.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Assess for risk and respond to crisis situations.

Conocimientos

Experience with young adults

Experience in PHP or higher level of C

Educación

Active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
