Pyramid Healthcare’s High Focus Centers in Pottstown, PA are seeking compassionate Full-Time Mental Health PHP Therapists to join Adult and Adolescent PHP programs. The role provides clinical support within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on group facilitation and treatment planning.

You will facilitate group sessions, provide psychoeducation, and ensure timely clinical documentation. The position offers a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule in-person with a salary range of

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with clinical internship/practicum completed.
• Experience in mental health, behavioral healthcare, or PHP/IOP settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions within the Adult or Adolescent PHP program.
• Provide clinically appropriate psychoeducation and group interventions.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to support client care and treatment planning.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical team meetings as needed.
• Provide additional clinical support to the PHP program as assigned.
