Windsor Laurelwood Center For Behavioral Medicine in Willoughby, Ohio is seeking a Therapist to join their multi-disciplinary treatment team. The role involves providing direct patient care, which includes conducting social assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in Counseling or MSW, be licensed in Ohio, and have at least two years of experience in mental health treatment. Responsibilities include providing psychotherapy and ensuring compliance with care standards.
As a member of the multi‑disciplinary treatment team, the Therapist provides direct patient care including social assessments, treatment planning, individual, group, family, and special focus group psychotherapy, and discharge and continuing care plans. The Therapist interfaces with referral sources, community service agencies, businesses, employers, and healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with quality patient care, the Joint Commission standards, State Health Department requirements, and other regulatory standards.
