Windsorlaurelwood in Willoughby, Ohio is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Therapist to provide mental health therapy and client case management. We are hiring an INPATIENT LICENSED THERAPIST (LSW, LISW, LPC, and/or LPCC) with experience to join our award winning inpatient staff.
The Inpatient Therapist provides direct patient care, including completion of psychosocial assessments, formulation of treatment plans, provision of psychotherapy groups, crisis safety plans, and completion of discharge planning. The Therapist interfaces with referral sources, community service agencies, businesses, employers, and healthcare facilities, maintaining communication with patients’ families and support systems. The Therapist may participate in crisis intervention situations, where verbal de‑escalation techniques and safety planning are required. The Therapist ensures compliance for quality patient care and compliance with the Joint Commission standards, State Health Department requirements, and all other regulatory standards.
