Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure in relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate structured IOP group therapy sessions (process, psychoeducation, skills-based)
  • Provide individual and family therapy as clinically indicated
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries)
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external referral sources to ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and utilization reviews
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards
  • Support crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary

About the Role

  • Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems
