Job summary

Arbour Counseling Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, seeks an Assistant Director for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Haverhill. The role focuses on clinical leadership, program management, and ensuring services meet regulatory and payer requirements.

Responsibilities include directing clinical services, collaborating with the Director or acting on their behalf, and driving quality and fiscal success of the PHP.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work or related field; license eligible with LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or PhD in Psychology.
• Massachusetts licensure preferred (LICSW/LMHC).
• Minimum of two years as a clinical supervisor or program manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct intakes.
• Lead and co-lead group therapy.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
• Maintain a case-load appropriate to program needs.
• Ensure timely charting and documentation.
• Provide supervision and coaching to staff.
• Oversee transportation, supplies, and food service as needed.
• Participate in chart audits and program evaluations.
