Job summary

The Arbour, Inc. is seeking a Partial Hospitalization Program Assistant Director in Haverhill, MA.

This on-site, full-time leadership role oversees clinical services, program operations, and fiscal management of the PHP, ensuring compliance with regulations and payer contracts while delivering direct client services. The role includes supervising staff, facilitating interdisciplinary treatment planning, and driving program quality with opportunities for growth, leadership training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work or related field; license eligible with LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, or PhD in Psychology
• LICSW or LMHC preferred (Massachusetts)
• Minimum of two years as a clinical supervisor or program manager preferred
• Experience with children & adolescents; higher level of care experience preferred
• Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
• Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduce intakes
• Assess client’s or family’s needs and eligibility for services through intake assessments and ongoing assessments
• Lead and co-lead group therapy in accordance with client needs
• Participate in planning and interdisciplinary treatment planning
• Maintain a caseload aligned with program needs
• Ensure timely charting and documentation
• Provide supervision and coaching to staff and conduct team meetings

Education
