With our continued growth, and expansion into the US Market, we're seeking a Photoshoot & Production Coordinator to join our Creative team in our Morgantown, PA offices, located just a mile off PA Turnpike exit 298.

The Photoshoot & Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of product and lifestyle photoshoots for Joie. This role plays a key part in organizing shoot logistics, managing talent and wardrobe coordination, tracking budgets, and supporting the successful production of brand content across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong eye for presentation and organization, and are energized by supporting creative projects that elevate brand storytelling and consumer engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Photoshoot Coordination & Logistics
  • Coordinate logistics for local and global product and lifestyle photoshoots, ensuring projects are organized and executed efficiently.
  • Lead casting coordination for in-house and local photoshoots, including assembling casting documents, managing model communications, coordinating bookings, and collecting required production information.
  • Support the Event & Production Manager and external casting director with talent coordination, casting-related activities, and production logistics for out-of-house lifestyle productions, including call sheets, model releases, schedules, and other shoot-day documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, photographers, talent, vendors, and production partners to ensure photoshoot deliverables are completed according to timelines and brand standards.
  • Support on-site production activities for in-house photoshoots and help ensure smooth execution.
Wardrobe Styling & Coordination
  • Support wardrobe styling for in-house and local photoshoots, ensuring all selections align with creative briefs, campaign objectives, and Joie brand standards.
  • Purchase and assist with styling apparel and accessories for photoshoot talent, while managing wardrobe budgets and related expenses.
  • Coordinate wardrobe logistics, including inventory management, sizing, preparation, returns, and delivery timelines to support successful photoshoot execution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between external stylists and the Brand Marketing team for off-site productions, facilitating communication, approvals, and alignment on styling direction
Budget & Production Tracking
  • Track photography budget expenditures and provide per-shoot analysis, including model costs, wardrobe expenses, and cost-per-photo reporting.
  • Assist with processing invoices and maintaining accurate records related to photoshoot expenses and production costs.
  • Contribute to reporting on department expenses and average shoot costs to support budget oversight.
  • Support vendor management by tracking estimates, invoices, contracts, and production expenses..
Production Support & Process Improvement
  • Support the Event & Production Manager in the planning and execution of local and global photoshoots, assisting with logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and production deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and best practices that enhance team efficiency and production execution.

Requirements and Qualifications
Experience & Education
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in marketing coordination, creative production, photoshoot coordination, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management platforms preferred.
  • Consumer packaged goods (CPG), juvenile products, fashion, lifestyle, or retail brand experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, Production Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Skilled in coordinating photoshoot logistics, timelines, deliverables, and production documentation with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with photographers, talent, vendors, stylists, and production partners to support timely and brand-aligned execution.
  • Strong attention to detail when managing casting information, wardrobe needs, shoot-day materials, expenses, and production records.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Solid time management and strong decision-making skills to manage workflow processes schedules and prioritize deadlines.
  • Flexible and able to adapt priorities to the needs of the team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to be tactful with diverse teams, situations, and ideas.
Technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using project management platforms to track timelines, deliverables, tasks, approvals, or production workflows; Wrike experience preferred.
  • Experience using digital asset management systems or shared file platforms to organize, track, or retrieve photoshoot assets and production materials.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new software, systems, and workflow tools.
Other
  • Domestic travel up to 10%
  • Ability to work extended hours may, on occasion, include nights and weekends.
  • Employees who are in a Non-Exempt position must accurately complete, obtain approval from their manager, and timely submit a timecard in the form provided by the Company as it coincides with the Company’s bi-weekly payroll schedule.
