Job summary

Joie Children's Products, Inc. in Morgantown, PA is seeking a Photoshoot & Production Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of product and lifestyle photoshoots for Joie.

This role maintains shoot logistics, manages talent and wardrobe coordination, tracks budgets, and supports the production of brand content across channels. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple priorities while collaborating with internal teams

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination or production
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Wrike experience preferred
• Domestic travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for local and global photoshoots and casting
• Manage wardrobe coordination and styling for shoots
• Track budgets, invoicing, and production costs per shoot
• Support production planning and identify process improvements
