Job summary

Job description

This role provides essential support to the Brand Marketing and Creative teams, helping coordinate and execute photo shoots, video productions, and other content creation initiatives. The position partners closely with internal teams and external resources to support planning, scheduling, logistics, and on-set production needs, ensuring projects are organized and executed effectively.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, including pre-production, sample pulls and tracking, product orders, props, talent coordination, waivers, permits and shoot-day logistics.
  • Coordinate production schedules, call sheets, crew information, travel, accommodations, catering, equipment and other logistical needs as required for each production.
  • Prepare wardrobe, props and product for shoots, working cross-functionally with internal teams to assemble and organize approved looks for upcoming Facilitate the delivery and return of product samples, wardrobe and props to and from photo studios and shoot locations.
  • Manages in-house sample inventory for ecom, lifestyle and video shoots; including seeding samples. Communicates cross-functionally with the merchandising, wholesale and product teams to ensure product samples across all categories arrive at the studio or shoot location on time and are reviewed and approved by the appropriate product partners.
  • Coordinate with the Studio Operations Manager to ensure all photo and video requests are reviewed prior to production and that required samples, products, equipment and supporting materials are available.
  • Own the organization and cleanliness of the photo studio's storage area, including maintaining an accurate inventory of product samples, wardrobe, props and production materials as needed.
  • Maintain communication with all project stakeholders, talent and production Proactively flag issues, identify potential roadblocks and recommend solutions to help keep projects on schedule.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant coordinator experience.
  • Previous experience coordinating photo shoots, video shoots, content productions or similar creative
  • A passion for content development and production
  • Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one, small or large group setting to customers, third-party clients, and other employees of 5.11.
  • Attention to detail, a high degree of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with lifestyle and product photography, including an understanding of apparel trends, sizing and styling across product categories.
  • Exceptional problem solving Ability to anticipate production needs, identify potential issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of photo editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required by production
  • Travel as required for business needs, including photo shoots, video shoots, location scouts, site visits, meetings and industry events.
  • Ability to lift, move and organize product samples, wardrobe, props and production materials as required for shoot preparation and execution.

Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00 per hour plus bonus!
