5.11, Inc. is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator in Costa Mesa, CA to provide day-to-day operational, analytical, administrative, and project support to our retail stores, field leadership, and corporate retail team.
You will help ensure stores have the resources and communication needed to execute company initiatives and collaborate with DTC Forecasting, Sales Analytics, and Labor Planning on reporting and planning tasks.

We’re looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational, analytical, administrative, and project support to our retail stores, field leadership, and corporate retail team.
This role helps ensure stores have the communication, resources, and support needed to successfully execute company initiatives. The position also works closely with DTC Forecasting, Sales Analytics & Labor Planning, providing exposure to retail reporting, forecasting, analytics, and labor-planning processes.
