Job summary

TSMC Arizona is hiring a Photomask Process/Equipment Engineer to drive installation, qualification, and continuous improvement of EUV and optical photomask processes. You will design experiments, analyze data, and apply controls to ensure high yield and robust operations in our on-site Phoenix fab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a scientific field.
• Ability to design and execute experiments and interpret data.
• Knowledge of statistical process control methods.
• Experience with installation, qualification, and sustenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and release of new photomask process equipment.
• Design experiments and analyze data to optimize photomask processes.
• Apply SPC to establish a robust photomask process flow.
• Qualify and sustain equipment to expand capacity and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to close gaps.
• Develop training and SOPs to certify technicians.
