Qualifications

• Two years associate technical degree or military electronics training equivalent
• 5+ years of experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electronic skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to interpret electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of SPC in a manufacturing environment
• Able to stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs with PPE

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fab equipment
• Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce repetitive tool breakdowns
• Monitor and analyze tool data; recommend maintenance improvements
• Work with engineers to design and execute equipment improvements projects
• Clearly communicate machine status during daily pass-down meetings
• Provide clear written communication to engineers and technicians on other shifts
