Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician focused on Photolithography coat, develop and expose equipment. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance for semiconductor fabrication tools, requiring strong analytical and teamwork skills.

The position supports a demanding manufacturing environment with opportunities to work nights or days on a compressed schedule, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years associate technical degree in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering or military electronics training equivalent.
• Experience preferred: 5+ years in similar role.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and SPC knowledge in manufacturing.
• Willingness to stand/walk up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs; PPE familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fab equipment.
• Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce tool breakdowns.
• Monitor and analyze tool data; recommend maintenance improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers on equipment improvement projects.
• Clearly communicate machine status in daily pass-down meetings.
• Provide clear written communications to engineers and other shifts.
